As soon as Lee gets that first glimpse of snow on Flattop, we release both our hopes of summer staying and our tantalizing Termination Dust. This annual confirmation is a Belgian barley wine aged in oak barrels that blends 4 different yeast strains for a strong Belgian ester profile of stone fruit, raisins and alcohol warmth. The complex malt bill adds a depth of malt sweetness and slight roast character that compliments the vanilla and bourbon notes brought out of the barrel through extended aging.
